Cook on an outdoor pizza oven, gas or charcoal grill, or ceramic smoker. Pizza can be any style, as there will be certified judges provided by the PCA.
Payouts: 1st Place - $500 2nd Place - $250 3rd Place - $125
Timeline: 9:00 am - Cook’s Meeting 9:30 am - Judge’s Meeting 12:45 pm - Finals 1:30 pm - Awards
